GST is calculated proportionally based on each person’s food subtotal weight. If Person A ordered ₹600 of food and Person B ordered ₹400 of food on a ₹1,000 bill with 5% GST (₹50 total tax), Person A pays 60% of the tax (₹30) and Person B pays 40% (₹20).
Can we remove or adjust the restaurant service charge?
